TERMS: All orders are shipped COD or PREPAID unless you have been approved for open account. Shipments authorized for COD CHECK ACCEPTABLE must be paid by company check.

Shipments on OPEN ACCOUNT are net 10 days. Accounts over 30 days due will be subject to 1.5% interest charge per month(18% year). Accounts over 60 days due will be placed on COD until account is cleared.

No statements will be sent unless overdue or requested.

Receipt of NSF check will automatically place account on COD CASH ONLY and a $20.00 charge will be accessed.

Minimum order - $25.00 net.

SHIPPING: Our policy is to give the fastest possible service. Normally, orders received by 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. During peak season, orders may take longer.

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail unless not possible. Expedited shipping and LTL shipments can be arranged. All shipping, insurance, and COD charges will be added to the invoice and a copy of the invoice will be enclosed with the shipment.

Make sure any suspected damage is noted on the UPS/ carriers delivery slip before you accept delivery. Notify us and the carrier and hold merchandise and package until it is inspected by UPS or other carrier.

DO NOT RETURN TO US. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Mike's Archery Inc. Any shortages or mistakes in shipment must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. Any defective or warranty merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We will be happy to supply you with address, phone number, and any assistance you may need.
